At Loll Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modern outdoor furniture. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Disassemble the furniture if necessary and place the items back into their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the returned items for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
